Liquid beer line sanitising agent for use in periodical CIP cleaning of beer lines, pipes, cooling units and drawing equipment.
Designed for use with KLEENLINE as a two-part mix for the removal of beer stain, scale and inorganic deposits.When used in conjunction with KLEENLINE will effectively clean and sanitise surfaces.
Use in conjunction with an approved Beerline cleaner or Milestone KLEENLINE as per instructions. SANILINE should be used STRICTLY in accordance with the method prescribed by your brewery.
Use 15ml SANILINE per 1L water.
CAUTION: Add SANILINE and KLEENLINE separately to the water in the detergent drum (Add chemical to water, NOT water to chemical).
DO NOT MIX: KLEENLINE and SANILINE together in the concentrated form.
NOT for use with older type (i.e. tinned copper) temprites.
Mixing Instructions – Add 75ml of KLEENLINE, plus 75ml SANILINE (separately) per 5L of water, leave solution in beerlines for a minimum of 2 hours for best results and then flush with clean water.
Use pH strip to ensure all chemicals have been flushed from lines prior to re-use.
