Phosphoric acid based cleaner, for the removal of scale and rust from metal surfaces.

For treatment of meat hooks, slides and gambrels, after derusting items in alkaline solution, use SCALE to phosphatize& brighten metal before treating with Hook Oil.

Other uses include de-scaling of ferrous metals, the removal of lime and other salt deposits, when de-rusting metal before painting, and de-scaling internal surfaces of industrial dishwashing machines.

Description

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Under normal conditions use 100ml of SCALE to 1L of cold water. To increase effectiveness hot water may be used.

NOTES:

  • Use plastic or stainless steel tanks. If necessary apply by brush, use rubber gloves and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
  • After treatment of equipment with SCALE rinse all contacted surfaces with potable water.
  • Do NOT apply further treatment to equipment without prior rinsing

CAUTION:

  • Do NOT allow equipment to remain in SCALE for a prolonged period. Rinse all tanks and containers with clean water after use.
  • SCALE Rust and Scale remover contains Phosphoric Acid and is poisonous and corrosive.
  • SCALE must be handled with care at all times.
